1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in any course or using the Subam Tech Hub website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Course Enrollment
- Enrollment is confirmed only after full or agreed partial payment is received.
- Subam Tech Hub reserves the right to change batch timings, instructors, or course content with prior notice.
- Students must attend a minimum of 80% of sessions to be eligible for certification.
3. Course Fees & Payment
- Course fees must be paid as per the agreed payment schedule.
- Fees are non-transferable to another person.
- EMI or installment options, if offered, must be honored as agreed.
4. Certification
- Certificates are issued only upon successful completion of the course and assessments.
- Subam Tech Hub certificates are our in-house recognition of course completion.
- Third-party certifications (AWS, Google, Microsoft) are subject to the respective organization's terms.
5. Placement Assistance
- Subam Tech Hub provides placement support but does not guarantee job placement.
- Placement assistance is available only to students who have completed the course with 80%+ attendance.
- Final hiring decisions rest solely with the employer.
6. Student Conduct
- Students must maintain respectful behavior toward faculty, staff, and fellow students.
- Any form of harassment, misconduct, or disruption may result in immediate termination of enrollment without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
- All course materials, videos, notes, and content provided by Subam Tech Hub are our intellectual property.
- Students may not share, reproduce, or resell course materials without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Subam Tech Hub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
- Our maximum liability is limited to the course fee paid by the student.
9. Changes to Terms
Subam Tech Hub reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
